Managing a Work Based Project

This course explores the elements that contribute to successfully managing a work based project. It is designed for people who are relatively new to managing a small to medium sized project and is particularly suited to day-to-day workplace projects.

Participants will learn how to plan, instigate, measure and deliver a workplace project that could possibly involve multiple people, organisations, tasks and resources to deliver a specific outcome on time, on budget and within scope.
